Loui Corry

My name is Luigi Corry, also known as Loui. I’ve been a client of Fane Financial Services for about three months, and my adviser is Mr. Sean Fane.

I’ve never been somebody who thinks about the future and money, and I’ve recently retired, so it came into my mind that I need to do something.

Although I’ve known Sean Fane for three months in his professional role, I’ve actually known him for about 10 years. He was a client of mine; I was a tennis coach. It was only a few months ago that I learned that Sean was involved in financial services. So, I thought, “That’s the person I need to speak to.”

The reason I went with Sean Fane and not another was when speaking to him about the future and what to do with money and investments, I felt that there was a lot of encouragement, honesty, and he was very precise in what I should be doing. That’s the advice I was looking for.

It’s a market which is very confusing. It’s full of numbers and full of “Do this, do that with your money”. As a relatively non-financial person, I didn’t really understand a lot of it. The reason I went with Sean is because he was able to explain it clearly to me without trying to sell me his services. He was just guiding me along the right routes.

He’s made life a lot easier and simpler. I’ve had good savings over my working life, and I’ve put money away, but it’s just been lying around doing nothing. Sean has helped through consolidation, pulling all those resources together for me, and he’s put them into various funds, which will provide me with an income for the rest of my life and hopefully put me in a comfortable place.

I now have a clear image of my financial future. I probably had money hidden under the mattress as well as in the bank and all over the place; I never really grasped the importance of having it in a safe and constructive place. So, it’s made me feel a lot more comfortable. I feel my money is now working for me, which probably wasn’t the case in the past.

The best thing about working with Sean is that he will always answer the phone quickly, and he’ll always respond to his texts if I’m looking for some advice. It’s also very nice because he’s open to meeting in other places; he can come to mine, I can go to his, sometimes we even meet in the pub.

I would definitely recommend Fane Financial and Sean as your adviser. Definitely. Why? Because, as we’ve discussed, he is a human being, and he’s very precise and knowledgeable about what he does. I would always recommend him.
