I founded an IT software distribution business at 27, before buying into a failing, loss-making distributor that I transformed into the European market leader in it’s sector before I was 40, which I sold to private equity. I’ve “walked in your shoes”; with over 30 years, as a founder, a CEO, and a non-executive director of IT businesses.
I’ve set up and run my own business
I understand the structure of your business. I know how EMI schemes, earn-outs, M&A deals, and high-growth environments actually work, because I’ve been there myself. You won’t have to explain what a VAR is, or how deferred tax on share options is calculated.
